Designates May 12, 2021 as Alpha Kappa Alpha Day in the State of Illinois to honor Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and its work.

Recognizes Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority as the nation's oldest African-American sorority, founded at Howard University in 1908 and incorporated in 1913, with a mission to promote scholastic excellence, ethical standards, and service to all mankind.

Highlights the sorority's 2018-2022 international program "Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service" focused on five targets: support for Historically Black Colleges and Universities, women's health and wellness, economic legacy building, the arts, and global impact.

Acknowledges prominent Alpha Kappa Alpha members including Eleanor Roosevelt, Coretta Scott King, Rosa Parks, Vice President Kamala Harris, Illinois Lt. Governor Julianna Stratton, and Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle.

Notes the sorority's international expansion with the first Middle East chapter, Omega Theta Omega, chartered in the United Arab Emirates with 37 women professionals located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and throughout the region.
