Audit should determine whether controls are in place to effectively manage the State's space needs and associated costs

Audit should assess whether the State is using public space efficiently and effectively to serve government interests and advance economic, environmental, and security objectives

Urges CMS to allocate necessary funds for building maintenance and repairs

Directs delivery of a suitable copy of the resolution to CMS
