• Directs the Auditor General to conduct a management audit of Illinois' over 300 state boards, commissions, task forces, councils, and authorities.

• Audit must examine each board and commission's name, purpose, appointed members, vacancies, member compensation costs, meeting dates and attendance during Fiscal Years 2021 and 2022.

• Requires identification of reports and work products prepared by each board or commission during Fiscal Years 2021 and 2022.

• Mandates all state agencies and boards cooperate fully and promptly with the Auditor General during the audit.

• Auditor General must report findings and recommendations in accordance with Section 3-14 of the Illinois State Auditing Act.
