Notes that Peoria County's neutral site custody exchange fund has run annual deficits for seven consecutive years and is approaching depletion despite reducing visitation hours to 15.5 hours per week.

Acknowledges Peoria County's partnership with Crittenton Centers, a not-for-profit child welfare organization serving central Illinois since 1892, to provide supervised parent-child visitations.

Recognizes that supervised visitation centers reduce children's exposure to parental conflict and support positive relationships between children and both parents.

Resolves to recognize the importance of maintaining healthy families and the need to support strong, stable young people in the community.
