Honors the memory of Chandra Dion Battle Blanks, who passed away on April 15, 2022.

Recognizes her accomplishments including graduation from Proviso High School in 1989, a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Michigan State University in 1993, and over 28 years of service in the insurance industry.

Acknowledges her faith as a devoted member of New Life Ambassadors for Christ Christian Church and her volunteer work in the community.

Extends condolences to her surviving family members including her parents, three children (Quinton, Joslyn, and Mia), sister Shaquita Battle, and extended family and friends.

Directs that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Chandra Blanks' family as an expression of sympathy.
