Congratulates McHenry County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Trent Raupp on being named the 2022 Most Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer of the Year by the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police.

Recognizes Sergeant Raupp's 15-year career with the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, which began as a correctional officer in 2007 before advancing to deputy sheriff, detective, and his current sergeant role in early 2022.

Honors Sergeant Raupp's integral role in investigating the January 2021 disappearance of Holiday Hills resident Michelle M. Arnold-Boesiger, working alongside the FBI and Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigations to locate her and assist in the perpetrator's arrest.

Acknowledges Sergeant Raupp will be honored at the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police Annual Awards Banquet on April 29, 2022.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Sergeant Raupp as an expression of respect and esteem.
