Congratulates Keith Swartzentruber on his retirement as executive director of Snyder Village after 34 years of dedicated work and nearly two decades as executive director.

Recognizes Swartzentruber's career at Maple Lawn Homes where he served as assistant administrator, managed seven community-based senior service programs, and wrote successful government grants and foundation proposals.

Credits Swartzentruber's leadership beginning in 1988 with developing Snyder Village into a superior provider of senior services and a facility of choice for families in Central Illinois.

Acknowledges his personal background as a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Illinois State University with a degree in organizational management and his active membership in Germantown Hills Baptist Church.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Swartzentruber as a symbol of respect and esteem.
