Amends the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act to define what constitutes an "indication of apparent owner interest in property" to reset the abandonment timeline.

Specifies that owner interest includes written or oral communications to the holder, presentment of payment instruments, account activity, deposits/withdrawals, and insurance premium payments.

Excludes recurring ACH debits or credits and automatic dividend reinvestments from counting as indication of interest, except for payroll card wages.

Allows activity in one account at a financial organization to demonstrate interest in other inactive accounts held by the same owner at that institution, if the mailing address matches.

Provides that for payroll cards, recurring ACH credits for wages constitute indication of owner interest unless the holder charges inactivity fees on the account.
