Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act to require mandated reporter training to include information on using the Department of Children and Family Services' Online Reporting System for Mandated Reporters.

Mandated reporter training must cover indicators of child abuse and neglect, the reporting process and required documentation, trauma-informed responses to children, and the role of child protective services.

Training must be completed within 3 months of employment or engagement in a professional capacity, then at least every 3 years thereafter (or every 6 years for medical personnel working with children).

Medical personnel may attest at licensure renewal instead of completing repeated training if they do not work with children in their professional capacity.

Training may be provided in-person or web-based through the Department, licensed continuing education providers, State Board of Education, law enforcement standards boards, or Department-approved organizations, with free web-based training available.
