Allows EMT, EMT-I, A-EMT, Paramedic, or PHRN personnel to complete initial Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaires on behalf of fire service personnel, if approved by the EMS System Medical Director.

Permits EMS personnel who completed Department-approved epinephrine administration courses to carry and administer epinephrine in glass vials, auto-injectors, ampules, or pre-filled syringes as part of their medical supplies during official duties.

Authorizes EMS personnel to transport police dogs injured in the line of duty to veterinary facilities when no persons require medical attention or transport, including search and rescue dogs and service dogs used by law enforcement agencies.

Allows the Department Director to temporarily modify individual EMS personnel scopes of practice by written order in response to public health emergencies for periods not exceeding 180 days.
