Increases the total monthly personal needs allowance for medical assistance recipients living in facilities licensed under the ID/DD Community Care Act, Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act, Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act of 2013, or MC/DD Act from $60 to $90.

Establishes a total monthly personal needs allowance of $120 for medical assistance recipients residing in supportive living facilities as described in Section 5-5.01a.

Sets the total monthly personal needs allowance at $60 for medical assistance recipients living in all other facilities not specified in Illinois Administrative Code 89 Ill. Adm. Code 120.61(f)(2)(B) through (H).

Applies to medical assistance recipients who receive payments throughout an entire month and are determined eligible under the Illinois Public Aid Code.

Amends Section 5-35 of the Illinois Public Aid Code (305 ILCS 5/5-35).
