Amends the Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987 to require physician assistants to verbally identify themselves as physician assistants, including any specialty certification, to each patient

Prohibits physician assistants from using the title of doctor, physician, or any other term indicating they are qualified to engage in the general practice of medicine

Changes the timeline for collaborating physicians to file employment or collaboration notices with the Department from "at the time" to within 60 days of employment, discharge, or assumption of collaboration

Allows physician assistants to begin employment before the notice of employment or collaboration has been filed with the Department

Maintains that physician assistants retain full professional and legal responsibility for patient care and treatment
