Amends the Chicago Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code by redefining the term "administrator" in Section 17-106.1.

Changes the credential requirement from a "Type 75 Certificate" issued by the State Teacher Certification Board to a "professional educator license with an administrative endorsement" issued by the State Board of Education.

Defines administrator as a member who meets any one of three criteria: (i) holds the required professional educator license with administrative endorsement, (ii) is not on the Chicago teachers' or charter school teachers' salary schedule, or (iii) is paid on an administrative payroll.

Fiscal Note Act and Pension Impact Note Act may apply to this legislation.
