Establishes the Legislative Accessibility Act to increase accessibility of the Illinois General Assembly for people with disabilities.

Requires the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate to each appoint an accessibility coordinator to address disability-related accessibility needs for their respective chambers.

Mandates the General Assembly website include an email address, web form, or similar mechanism for requesting reasonable accommodations at legislative meetings, hearings, floor proceedings, and press conferences.

Creates the General Assembly Accessibility Task Force with 8 appointed members (2 each from Senate President, House Speaker, Senate Minority Leader, and House Minority Leader) plus 5 ex officio members from state agencies, with preference for appointees with disabilities or disability advocates.

Requires the Task Force to issue recommendations by December 31, 2023 on measures to increase General Assembly accessibility, with the Task Force automatically repealing on January 1, 2025.
