Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act to allow student pharmacists and licensed pharmacy technicians to access employer pharmacy databases remotely from home or other locations while under pharmacist supervision for prescription processing functions.

Permits remote prescription processing provided the pharmacy establishes controls to protect privacy and security of confidential records.

Applies specifically to licensed pharmacies involved in the sale or distribution of dialysate or devices for home peritoneal renal dialysis to patients with end-stage renal disease.

Maintains existing exemptions under the Pharmacy Practice Act for physicians, dentists, veterinarians, and other licensed healthcare providers to dispense drugs and medicines within their scope of practice.
