Amends the Code of Civil Procedure Section 15-1508 regarding foreclosure sale confirmation proceedings

Expands the fees and costs that may be approved in a confirmation order to include those incurred on or after the date of execution of an affidavit under Section 15-1506 and prior to judgment, even if not included in the original judgment

Mortgagee fees and costs arising between entry of foreclosure judgment and confirmation hearing continue to be allowable as provided in the note, mortgage, and Section 15-1504

The Act took effect immediately upon becoming law (enacted as Public Act 102-0086)
