Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act to add provisions allowing courts to order temporary relocation of a child before a final custody judgment if in the child's best interests

Specifies that any temporary relocation order shall not prejudice either parent in the final allocation of parental responsibilities

Requires temporary relocation orders to follow the protocol set forth in subsections (c) through (g) of Section 609.2

Maintains that temporary orders for parental allocation are deemed vacated when the underlying action is dismissed, unless a parent files to continue the allocation action
