Requires health insurance network plans to include telehealth and telemedicine information in their provider directories, both electronic and print versions

Providers must disclose whether they offer telehealth/telemedicine services, what modalities and types of services are available remotely, and whether they can include family caregivers in separate locations during telehealth encounters with patient consent

Adds a new definition of "family caregiver" as a relative, partner, friend, or neighbor who assists a patient with daily living activities or medical/nursing tasks

Providers must notify network plans of changes to their telehealth information, and plans must update online directories within 10 business days of receiving such notifications

Amends the Network Adequacy and Transparency Act (215 ILCS 124) and takes effect immediately upon becoming law
