Establishes the Prescription Drug Repository Program Act, requiring the Department of Public Health to create a program allowing donation of unused prescription drugs and supplies for eligible individuals through participating pharmacies.

Sets strict acceptance requirements: drugs must be in original, unopened, tamper-evident packaging; have expiration dates more than 6 months away; not be adulterated or misbranded; be prescribed by a practitioner; and cannot be controlled substances.

Prohibits resale of donated drugs and allows pharmacies to charge a handling fee; participation is voluntary and not required for any pharmacy or pharmacist.

Provides civil and criminal immunity for drug manufacturers and individuals acting reasonably and in good faith related to donation, acceptance, or dispensing of prescription drugs under the program.

Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act, Wholesale Drug Distribution Licensing Act, Senior Pharmaceutical Assistance Act, Illinois Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, Illinois Controlled Substances Act, and Cannabis and Controlled Substances Tort Claims Act to exempt persons engaged in packaging, repackaging, or labeling of prescription drugs under the program from regulatory prohibitions.
