Amends Section 12-803 of the Illinois Vehicle Code to permit school bus owners to display signs on their buses showing fines for passing violations.

Signs may display the penalties a driver may incur under Section 11-1414(f) for passing a school bus while it is stopped with the stop signal arm extended or while stopped to receive or discharge pupils.

Signs may be affixed to either the back of the school bus or directly to the stop signal arm.
