Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004 to modify training requirements for licensed security professionals and their employees.

Requires registered employees to complete a minimum of 20 hours of basic training within 30 days of employment, with an additional 8 hours of annual training each calendar year (training may be classroom, seminar, or online-based rather than on-the-job).

Increases firearm training requirements from 40 hours to 48 hours total, consisting of 20 hours of basic training, 8 hours of range practice with live ammunition (minimum 50 rounds, 70% accuracy), and 20 hours of instruction on firearm safety, legal use, ethics, and liability.

Requires private detectives and private security contractors to complete annual continuing education (8 hours for detectives, 4 hours for contractors) on topics reasonably related to their practice, with documentation maintained for at least 5 years.

Adds annual refresher firearm training requirement of 8 hours consisting of range practice with live ammunition (minimum 50 rounds, 70% accuracy) for all armed employees holding valid firearm control cards.
