Amends the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act to modify Section 25-85 regarding quarterly reports by the Legislative Inspector General.

Changes terminology in quarterly reports from "complaints" to "founded reports" when describing cases forwarded to the Attorney General.

Requires quarterly reports to include the total number of founded reports forwarded to the Attorney General pursuant to Section 25-50(c) since the date of the last report.

Maintains existing reporting requirements for allegations received, investigations initiated/concluded/pending, actions filed with the Legislative Ethics Commission, referrals to law enforcement, and referrals to other investigatory bodies.

Requires quarterly reports to be available on the Legislative Inspector General's website and categorized by claim type including discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, gift ban, prohibited political activity, revolving door prohibition, and miscellaneous claims.
