• Requires provider and hospital reimbursements for immunizations under the Healthy Kids Program to be no lower than the Medicare reimbursement rate, effective January 1, 2022.

• Eliminates the written immunization data exemption form option that previously allowed patients or parents/guardians to opt out of having their immunization data entered into the registry.

• Removes language allowing the Department to distribute written information about the registry only upon request, implying broader dissemination requirements.
