Establishes the Restore Illinois Collaborative Commission to provide input on economic revitalization efforts across state sectors following the COVID-19 pandemic

Commission consists of 14 members: four House members appointed by the Speaker, four Senate members appointed by the Senate President, three House members appointed by the House Minority Leader, and three Senate members appointed by the Senate Minority Leader

Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity must convene meetings and provide written reports to the Commission and General Assembly at least every 30 days on revitalization status, progress metrics, and recovery efforts, with first report due July 1, 2020

Co-Chairs appointed by the Speaker and Senate President may convene Commission meetings, and all members serve without compensation
