Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 to modify procedures for transferring cases between counties when a minor changes residence or proceedings were initiated in the wrong county.

Requires the transferring court clerk to send an authenticated copy of the complete court record to the receiving court within 15 working days of the transfer order.

Mandates the receiving court clerk to schedule a status hearing within 10 business days of receipt and notify the judge and all parties.

Requires the receiving court to review the record and send notice of acceptance (with scheduled status date) to the transferring court within 20 business days; the transferring court retains jurisdiction until receiving this acceptance notice.

Allows the receiving court to reject a transfer within 20 business days with written reasons, after which the transferring court continues jurisdiction and must schedule a status hearing within 20 business days.
