Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985 to require the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to offer written licensing examinations in Chinese, Korean, Spanish, or Vietnamese upon applicant request

Department must adopt rules ensuring translated examinations are properly translated and consistent with English versions in terms of knowledge tested and difficulty level

Department may decline to offer non-English examinations if it determines English language proficiency is a necessary qualification for the specific license being sought

Applies to examinations for cosmetologists, estheticians, nail technicians, and teachers in these fields
