Allows the Secretary of State to issue multiple temporary driver's licenses to an applicant, each valid for up to 90 days, during the pendency of an investigation into the applicant's eligibility

Previously, only a single temporary driver's license could be issued for up to 90 days; this change permits additional temporary licenses as necessary to allow continued driving during the investigation period

Temporary driver's licenses remain invalid once a final driver's license has been issued or refused by the Secretary of State

The Act takes effect upon becoming law
