Requires the State Board of Education to publish an annual census by December 1st starting in 2023, reporting data as of October 1st each year beginning in 2022, detailing personnel with school support personnel endorsements.

School districts must report the total number of full-time and part-time personnel holding school support personnel endorsements, plus those employed by special education joint agreements serving the district.

School districts must report total student enrollment and the number of students with individualized education programs (IEPs) or Section 504 Rehabilitation Act plans.

Each school district must report this information to the State Board of Education by December 1st annually starting in 2022 and publish the data on its own website.

Applies to all personnel holding Professional Educator License endorsements designated as school support personnel endorsements under Illinois School Code Section 21B-25.
