Park owners must disclose rent charged over the past 5 years, fees, late payment terms, taxes, security deposit information, and a 3-year rent increase projection with every lease or sale.

If a rent increase formula is used, park owners must disclose the total fixed amount and any "not to exceed" amount in the projection.

Park owners must provide contact information for the legal entity owning the park or the property manager/designated agent with every lease and within 20 days of a change in ownership.

Tenants must be notified in writing that their right to trial by jury shall not be waived.

Park owners cannot charge pet fees to residents who own their homes unless the park offers a pet-related service that the resident accepts; tenants renting homes owned by the park may be subject to pet fees as agreed in the lease.
