Defines "Trapping license" as an electronic or physical license authorizing a person to take a certain type of animal during a specified period of time.

Defines "Nuisance Wildlife Control Permit" as an electronic or physical license authorizing a person to take certain types of animals for nuisance control purposes as provided in Section 2.37.

Expands trapping exemptions to include persons on active duty in the Armed Forces and persons with Type 1 or Type 4, Class 2 disabilities, allowing them to trap without a trapping license.

Adds trapping privileges to existing exemptions for disabled veterans (at least 10% disabled), returning military members, and terminally ill persons.

Requires persons with disabilities to present an Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card as documentation to qualify for the trapping exemption.
