Defines "restaurant" as a business where ready-to-eat food for immediate consumption comprises at least 51% of total sales, excluding liquor sales

Defines "truck stop" as an establishment serving the trucking industry by selling fuel and food, providing showers and repair services, and offering parking for long-haul truck drivers

Requires employees with recurring public interactions to complete at least 20 minutes of human trafficking recognition training within 6 months of employment and every 2 years thereafter

Training must cover recognition of human trafficking and protocols for reporting observed trafficking to appropriate authorities
