Removes the 10-request limit on consumers asking pharmacies for current usual and customary retail prices of prescription drugs or medical devices in person or by telephone.

Requires pharmacies to post notices informing customers they may request pricing information for any brand or generic prescription drug or medical device the pharmacy offers for sale.

Mandates pharmacists or authorized employees disclose the current pharmacy retail price to consumers at the point of sale for each prescription medication being purchased.

Requires pharmacists to inform consumers when their cost-sharing amount (copay/coinsurance) exceeds the actual pharmacy retail price for the medication.

Defines "pharmacy retail price" as the price paid by individuals without prescription drug coverage and "cost-sharing amount" as amounts owed under health insurance policies or pharmacy benefit managers.
