Removes references to "licensed social worker" examination and licensing requirements from the Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act, leaving only clinical social worker licensing.

Eliminates the requirement that applicants for licensed social worker status pass an examination, removing Section 8(6) which allowed master's degree social work students to sit for the examination in their final semester.

Streamlines Section 9A qualifications for licensed social workers by removing the examination passage requirement while maintaining education and experience qualifications.

Modifies Section 11(b-5) to specify that restoration examinations are only required for clinical social workers, not licensed social workers.

Sections 5, 8, 9A, and 11 of the Act are scheduled for repeal on January 1, 2028.
