Amends the Weights and Measures Act to require servicepersons, service agencies, and special sealers who work on commercial weighing and measuring devices to complete continuing education courses every 5 years starting in 2022

Requires registrants whose certificates lapse for more than one year to pass a qualifying examination before renewal

Mandates that each serviceperson must be associated with a primary service agency, and each service agency must have a registered serviceperson to qualify for registration

Establishes that continuing education courses will be provided online by the Department, covering industry and Department practices, with no examination required for completion

Phases in the continuing education requirement for long-term registrants (5+ years) by requiring one-third to complete training in each of the 2022, 2023, and 2024 registration years
