Requires homeowner's and renter's insurance companies to record detailed information about dog-related liability claims, including breed identification and the person who made the breed determination.

Mandates collection of incident circumstances such as dog source (pet store, breeder, shelter, etc.), sex and spay/neuter status, whether the victim provoked the dog, type of injury, and location of incident.

Requires documentation of any obedience training, previous claims, or past complaints against the dog involved in the incident.

Directs insurers to collect this information for a 2-year period beginning January 1, 2022 and report annually to the Department of Insurance.

Requires the Department to publish collected data on its website by July 1, 2023 and update annually through July 1, 2024, while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
