IL SB1732

Removes the Cemetery Oversight Act from the list of acts scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2022 under the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Adds the Cemetery Oversight Act to a new section establishing acts that will be repealed on January 1, 2030, extending its repeal date by 8 years.

Amends 5 ILCS 80/4.32 and adds new 5 ILCS 80/4.40 to the Regulatory Sunset Act to implement these changes.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
