Amends the Eminent Domain Act to authorize Cook County and the Village of Forest View to use quick-take proceedings to acquire a specific property easement for installing a traffic signal at the intersection of 49th Street and Central Avenue.

Quick-take authority is limited to a 2-year period from the effective date of this amendatory act.

Property subject to acquisition is a ComEd permanent easement containing 2,368 square feet (0.054 acres) located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 38 North, Range 13 East in Cook County.

This Section is automatically repealed 3 years after the effective date of the amendatory act.

Act takes effect upon becoming law.
