Removes the January 1, 2022 discontinuation date for the special instant scratch-off lottery game benefiting Alzheimer's care, support, education, and awareness.

Allows the Alzheimer's scratch-off game to continue indefinitely under the direction of the Illinois Department of the Lottery.

Net revenue from the scratch-off game continues to be deposited into the Alzheimer's Awareness Fund, defined as ticket sales minus prizes paid out and administrative expenses.

Requires the Department to not unreasonably reduce marketing efforts for other instant scratch-off games while selling the Alzheimer's game.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
