Amends the Toll Highway Act (605 ILCS 10/2) to make a technical change in the definitions section.

Corrects the grammatical structure of Section 2 by removing a redundant "The" at the beginning of the definitions clause.

Maintains all existing definitions for terms used in the Toll Highway Act, including "Authority," "person," "owner," "toll highway," "toll," and "cost."

Applies to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority and its operations regarding toll highways and the compensation collected for their use.
