Amends the Prevailing Wage Act to require the Department to make certified payroll information publicly accessible on its website beginning January 1, 2022.

Requires monthly public posting by the 16th day of each month for work performed in the previous month, including worker classification, skill level, gross wages, hours worked, daily start/end times, hourly wage rates, overtime rates, and fringe benefit rates.

Makes the certified payroll database searchable by contractor name, project name, county where work was performed, and contracting public body.

Maintains existing requirement for the Department to develop and maintain an electronic database for certified payroll submissions, with forms designed to accept electronic signatures.

Effective upon becoming law.
