Department of Mental Health shall create and maintain an online database and resource page on its website, subject to appropriation.

Database shall contain mental health resources for post-secondary students, faculty, counselors, parents, administrators, and support personnel at colleges and universities.

Resources shall cover crisis services, wellness, sexual health, survivor support, gender-based violence, nutrition, stress reduction, anxiety, depression, violence prevention, suicide prevention, and substance use.

Database shall encourage information sharing among educational administrators, security personnel, faculty, students, and university or college employees while prohibiting disclosure of any individual's personal health information or identity.

Act takes effect upon becoming law.
