Amends Section 10 of the Medical Practice Act of 1987 to require the Department to publish information on its website about the rehearing process under Section 40

Requires publication of information regarding the process for restoring a license under Section 43 following completion of probation, suspension, or revocation

Maintains existing Department responsibilities for establishing educational standards for medical, osteopathic, and chiropractic colleges

Continues State policy against discrimination based on national origin or geographic location of medical education in physician licensing and residency programs
