IL SB1804

Extends the expiration date of health care professional licenses by 3 months if the license expires during a Governor-declared public health emergency.

Applies to physicians, dentists, optometrists, physician assistants, registered nurses, and advanced practice registered nurses licensed in Illinois.

Renewal fees and the expiration date of the renewed license remain the same as if the license had been renewed on its original expiration date.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
