IL SB1817

Increases the issuing fee for Sportsmen's Combination Licenses and nonresident hunting licenses from $0.75 to $1.50 under the Fish and Aquatic Life Code.

Increases the issuing fee for all other licenses, permits, and stamps from $0.50 to $1.00.

Allows authorized agents (county, city, village, township, and incorporated town clerks) to add these fees when issuing licenses on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources.

Requires clerks to remit collected issuing fees to the treasurer of their political subdivision.

Prohibits charging service fees exceeding the authorized amounts, with violations constituting a petty offense.
