Adds "group home" as a new type of community-integrated living arrangement under the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act, defined as a living arrangement for 10 or fewer persons under 22 years of age licensed as Children's Group Home 17D under the Child Care Act of 1969 up to and including July 1, 2021.

Excludes these group homes from the definition of "group home" under the Child Care Act of 1969, transferring their regulation to the community mental health and developmental services agency framework instead.

Repeals Section 3.5 of the Child Care Act of 1969, which contained provisions regarding group homes for adolescents diagnosed with autism.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
