• Mandates driver's license suspension periods: 90 days to 1 year for property damage, 180 days to 2 years for injury, and 2 years for death resulting from violations.

• Creates the Scott's Law Fund to support State Police education and enforcement efforts regarding stationary emergency vehicle safety, with violations also funding county Transportation Safety Highway Hire-back Funds for construction zone monitoring.

• Adds new penalty allowing courts to order community service for persons convicted of violating the approaching stationary emergency vehicle requirements.
