IL SB1921

Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act by modifying Section 4.32 to remove the Water Well and Pump Installation Contractor's License Act from the list of acts repealing on January 1, 2022.

Creates new Section 4.41 establishing that the Water Well and Pump Installation Contractor's License Act will instead be repealed on January 1, 2032, extending its sunset date by 10 years.

Maintains sunset provisions for 14 other acts scheduled to expire on January 1, 2022, including the Boxing and Full-contact Martial Arts Act, Cemetery Oversight Act, Medical Practice Act of 1987, and others.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
