• Prohibits unlicensed practice and use of protected titles (e.g., "Asian bodywork therapy," "Shiatsu"); violations are Class A misdemeanor for first offense and Class 4 felony for subsequent offenses; Department can impose fines up to $1,000 per violation.

• Includes disciplinary grounds covering professional incompetence, immoral conduct, false advertising, criminal convictions, substance abuse, and violations of probation; sets licensing renewal requirements with 12 hours of continuing education annually.

• Act repeals January 1, 2032 under the Regulatory Sunset Act.
