Permits manufacturers, distributors, and importing distributors to stock their own alcoholic liquor products at retail locations during or within 24 hours of a sales call or delivery, provided other manufacturers' products are not disturbed.

Allows product rotation one time per sales call or delivery period, and permits participation in merchandising resets up to 4 times per year with at least 14 days' prior notice to all affected suppliers.

Authorizes suppliers to provide retailers with recommended shelf diagrams and schematics but prohibits conditioning pricing discounts, rebates, brand access, or other benefits on whether retailers implement these recommendations.

Prohibits manufacturers, distributors, and importing distributors from affixing prices to products or entering prices into retailer systems, though they may affix product identification shelf tags after stocking.

Defines "reset" as large-scale rearrangement of products, "rotation" as moving fresh products to sales areas, and "stocking" as placement of liquor for storage or sale.
