Amends four Illinois tax acts (Use Tax Act, Service Use Tax Act, Service Occupation Tax Act, and Retailers' Occupation Tax Act) to exempt honey bee products from state taxation beginning January 1, 2022.

Defines "honey bee products" to include queen honey bees, packaged honey bees, pollen, beeswax, propolis, and other substances obtained from honey bees, but excludes manufactured substances or articles.

Applies the exemption to all four major occupation and use tax categories to provide consistent treatment across Illinois tax codes.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
